Wave Solder Refurbisment Service
BLT are launching a wave solder composite pallet cleaning and recoating service.
Once the used pallets are received they will receive a thorough alkaline clean, followed by sanding if required and finally a special high temperature resin system will be applied and baked onto the pallet base. This resin resists temperatures up to 300C and will ensure a longer life of the pallet material especially when subjected to Lead Free soldering temperatures.

New Product to reduce solder pallet degradation.
35-41-22 is a No Residue flux specifically formulated to reduce pallet degradation due to high heat requirements of Lead Free Solder applications. Solder pallets are expensive and by using this latest formulation will greatly reduce dross build up in the wave, unsightly residues contaminating boards and bridging. Available for foam and spray applications.
